STUDENT TESTIMONIALS

"The first time I saw Britos he was with a group of boys doing hurdles and technique and that made the difference. You can find many pseudo coaches but see live who not only cares about the times in races but also trains you and gives you a good base was fundamental to choose him as "my coach"

KARINA FUENTEALBA

Elite Athlete - Training since March 2017

"You can run well or badly, but training with Ale taught me that effort is never negotiated, that way you always win"

CESAR PARDO

Athlete - Train since January 2018

"Training with Ale requires a lot, he taught me to dream that everything can be achieved with sacrifice, he made me improve a lot as an athlete and everything is in sight because of the marks that I am achieving"

FRAN MIRANDA

Athlete - Training since October 2017

"I have been training with Alejandro for more than 8 years, first remotely and when I settled in Capital it was more personalized.
All I accomplished was with your help. Excellent coach.
He takes care of you a lot, he knows which challenges you can run and which ones you cannot,
and that is worth a lot!

CESAR QUAGLIA

Athlete - Training since December 2011

Best Way To Train Your Chest With No Gym Equipment

*Closed Caption is available in this video* Get my App here: https://bit.ly/trainwithjordanapp Additional exercises you can do to train the Lower Chest is 1. Incline Push-Ups (hands on the chair feet on the floor) 2. Back-Arched Push-Ups (but not good for the lower back) 3. Bodyweight Dip in between 2 chairs (be careful with this exercise though as the chair will slip) Physique Disclaimer: I did not achieve this physique by doing these exercises alone, although I haven't been lifting weights in the gym for more than 75 days due to c-19 lockdown. This video is just a demo, specially made for those who can't go to the gym or do not have any gym equipment at home. Are these exercises still useful? Absolutely yes! Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, IMO bodyweight it is still not as great when you can overload your muscles with weights like heavy Dumbbells and Barbells. Well, bodyweights at home might not be the best for growth but hey, done is better than none. Get it done!
